Backtotheculturecollectables is a proudly Australian-owned business based in Melbourne, and we ship all orders from our local warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Order Dispatch

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 -5 business day of purchase.

Delivery Options

Click & Collect (Free)

Available for our local Melbourne customers.

  • Pick up your order from our Local location at no extra cost.

  • Simply select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout.

  • Once your order is placed, we’ll get in touch to arrange a convenient time and location for collection.

  • Please bring photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation when picking up.

Note: Orders that are not collected within 14 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded. A reminder email will be sent after 7 days.

Standard Delivery

  • Carrier: Australia Post

  • Delivery Timeframe: 2–7 business days after processing time

  • Cost: $10 flat rate Australia-wide

  • Tracking: Included (unless stated otherwise)

Express Delivery

  • Carrier: Australia Post

  • Delivery Timeframe: 1–2 business days after processing time

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery distance

  • Tracking: Included

Shipping Delays

Though we aim to dispatch your order quickly, occasional delays may occur beyond our control.
